The company started under the name Al-Omran to manage real estate projects as a company specialized in establishing residential buildings with a great and distinctive precedent, then expanded and worked in the field of general contracting and implemented several projects in cooperation with business sector companies. One of the leading companies in this field.

Previous Experience

We have a previous business and extensive experience in the field of real estate investment, as we have developed over the past years several projects in different areas at the level of Greater Cairo, for example: Pyramids Gardens:
1- Development of more than 40 projects in Al-Ahram Gardens, or approximately 1,200 units, during the period from 2008 to 2020.
2- Marketing and exclusive implementation of more than one project in new cities.
3- Establishing a medical complex on a flat 900 m, consisting of (garage + two commercial floors with a total area of 1500 m + four floors of medical clinics, consisting of 40 clinics on an area of 3200 m.)
4- Since its inception, the company has supervised many engineering projects as well as finishing and decoration works for more than 70 units (apartments + duplex villas).

Sixth of October City:

1- 5 projects in the northern expansions area.
2- The number of 4 projects (43 B & 67 B & 194 A & 125 B) – Bayt Al Watan, October – work is in progress.

Fifth Settlement:

1- Developing a project at Quronful area.
2- Marketing many projects at new Lotus and Narges areas.

Badr City in front of the Administrative Capital: The company, in cooperation with Atlas Company – a subsidiary of the business sector – carried out integrated contracting works for 11 projects in Badr City – medium housing from 2009 to 2011, with a total number of 264 housing units..

Areas of activities and services of the Omran Group and its subsidiaries:

Construction and construction of residential and administrative buildings.
Supervising and implementing projects for a large number of our clients.
Marketing residential and administrative units to others through a subsidiary company group.
Preparing feasibility studies for real estate projects.

Current projects:

1- Palm Gate project on an area of 2.5 acres consisting of 16 units (villas – twin houses)
2- Allara project, on an area of 3.75 acres, consisting of 30 units (Twin House – Town House).
3- VIVID project, on an area of 3.5 acres, consisting of 26 units (villas – twin houses).
4- PLAVA LAGON project, on an area of 8.5 acres, consisting of 52 units (Villas only) In addition to the Clubhouse, it includes all the services of the project.

Future projects :

The company is currently contracting for 3 projects in the green belt area
1- 10 acres, residential allocation (villas) and an administrative and commercial mall.
2- 5 acres in front of Beverly Hills, residential allocation (villas) in cooperation with the Landmark Company.
3- 2.5 acres, residential allocation (villas), and the advantage of its location in front of the largest project of horses, a golf area and hotels on a flat 120 acres.
